The Barrett does massive damage, even if you don't hit the head. If you do, well congrats. Your enemy will be completely dead. With their helmet destroyed. You can one shot every helmet except rusky.

Best Free sniper: Cheytac M200

Barret is good for long range, but its slow reloads slow shoots slow and if ur good at hitting headshots its just not worth it.

The stey scout si good for headshots. If ur bad then just don use sniper.

Oh the best sniper is ak btw, if u put on a huntin scope and the bipod you will have a auto sniper pretty much, ak one shot to head like pretty much all guns in town so i mean u might as well treat everything like a sniper.

Ofc not alll of em one shot head but hey a decent amount do.
