Changes: Ballistics Helmet

This Item will spawn into your Inventory (` Key) when being spawned in.

The Ballistics Helmet adds 50 HP to the head yet, even though it's technically "armor', it isn't placed in the armor category with the rest, even though there is a vest to goes along with it. Another oddity is that it doesn't cover the entire head, leaving the back exposed, though it's still "armored". Nevertheless, it still protects the head and makes it able to withstand shots that would be lethal without it.

Downsides

There are no actual downsides besides the small amount of weight it gives (3lbs).

Trivia

The Helmet's name is conjecture, however the description tells us that it's a Russian helmet.
On 4/7/2021, The weight was reduced to 3lbs, effectively having the same stats as all helmets (Besides Rusky).
The visor is modeled off of a MASKA-1SCH steel face shield with an odd glass visor.
